    Cheques drawn in a foreign currency (other than GBP or USD) will be returned to the remitter. FXCM Stock Trading is not responsible for the loss of the cheque.
  2. CLEARING BANK: UK BANK

    All cheques must have a UK correspondent and be drawn on a GBP or USD denominated bank account in order to allow for correct processing.

    Personal cheques drawn on UK banks can take up to five business days to clear from the time of receipt.

Please note that if you send funds in a currency other than USD, FXCM will convert the funds to USD at a fair market rate upon receipt prior to depositing to your account.

CASH Deposits or Internal Transfers: Please DO NOT initiate internal transfers or submit branch deposits (cash or cheque deposits) directly into our bank accounts. FXCM Stock Trading can neither guarantee the receipt nor the return of cash deposits made at a bank branch. Deposits that are made directly into our bank accounts arrive with insufficient information, which will cause a significant delay in the allocation of funds to your trading account. Branch deposits may be held by FXCM Stock Trading for up to thirty days or longer before being released as part of our due diligence process.

Credit Card Verification (required only upon request)
Accounts funded via credit card may be restricted to receiving withdrawals via credit card. Initial deposits made with a credit or debit card may require a recent statement or a copy of the card to confirm ownership. The cardholder's first and last name, as well as the last four digits of the card, must be legible in order for the statement/card to be acceptable.

MAKING A WITHDRAWAL

To withdraw funds from your account, submit a completed Withdrawal Form via e-mail to admin@fxcmstocktrading.com or via FAX to +44 (0) 20 7903 6117

As an alternative, you may e-mail admin@fxcmstocktrading.com from the e-mail address on record with the following details:

  • Your FXCM Stock Trading Account Number
  • Amount and Currency Denomination to Withdraw*
  • Your Bank Details

* Unless otherwise noted, withdrawals will be sent in USD.
